Was with friends checking out his home town and we decided to go here to get some Binghamton Bearcats gear. There was a display that said 25% off so I grabbed a couple shirts. When I got up front they rang up full price so I made mention about the signs and display. They came back and said these don't qualify... I told them the whole display are those shirts. They would not honor it so now I am here leaving a deserving review. I am not sure how you can have a whole display signed as a sale and the items on said display don't qualify...

Horrible experience! I went in to shop around. It started out not bad but as I was in and asked for help I’m this stores true colors showed. I asked for the one of the items in store which was the official NFL “The Duke” football. The Johnson City, NY location that I was in had over 20 on display and said on there website and in there system they had 5. I asked multiple times to get one and on multiple occasions was told “they can’t seem to find them”. You’re telling me 5 footballs costing over $150 a piece you cannot locate? Or was it that they were being tucked away for some of the workers? Seems more of the reason why they “couldn’t locate them”. The manager was involved and She was very quick to say no they don’t have any and none are for sale. None? Was told that “they will be for sale during the Game Plan”. I was wondering what that meant and just stopped. Horrible leadership, bad dishonest staff. Would not spend my money here when there are several other locations who will get you what you need from the back no questions asked.

Signed up for the rock wall monthly pass, and we have had extreme difficulties using it lately. We try and reserve online which they say is recommended. HOWEVER the online tool ALWAYS says its full no matter what. And a lot of time the person is either on break and we have to wait 20-30 mins before being able to use the wall. Also the waivers have to be signed EVERY SINGLE time! Which means we have to go behind the counter and sign the waiver daily in order to do the wall. Which we dont mind doing the waiver, but we dislike going behind the counter. Maybe there should be an online tool for this. Other then all that... the rock wall is fun and suitable for most ages.

DICK’s House of Sport is a really cool store, unlike any of the other locations I’ve visited! They have two stories and hold a plethora of different items for all of the sports and recreation activities out there. The selection is excellent and they have multiple testing areas (for golf and baseball). They also have a very nice rock wall and outdoor sports area with a track, turf field, soccer goals, corn hole, etc. This is a really cool store and I recommend checking it out!
